Chairman of Board
Ali Ercan was born in Konya in 1986. He completed his high school education at TED Ankara College and his bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Leicester, England.
Ali Ercan serves as General Manager, Board Member, Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Directors within the Ercan Corporate Group, which operates in sectors such as ceramics, tourism and mining. He has a high level of knowledge and experience, especially in ceramic and granite production and financial management.
Having implemented many projects in the fields of construction, tourism and ceramics, Ali Ercan is also a founding member of various non-governmental organizations.
M. Armağan Saraçoğlu
Board Member & General Manager
Mr. Saraçoğlu graduated from the Department of Business Administration of the European University of Lefke in 1998. In the same year, he started his career as an Assistant Inspector at the Board of Inspectors of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. and at the end of the 5th year he was promoted to the title of Inspector.
Following this position, he started working as Assistant Manager in the Human Resources Management Department of the same bank in June 2017. In April 2011, he was appointed as Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Subsidiaries Department Unit Manager and was responsible for financial subsidiaries of the Bank. During his duty, Mr. Saraçoğlu also worked as Board Member and Board Auditor in the Bank's direct and indirect subsidiaries.
During the period between July 2013 and July 2018, Mr. Saraçoğlu served as İş Faktoring A.Ş. Deputy General Manager. His responsibilities included but were not limited to Operations, Treasury, Financial and Administrative Affairs, Human Resources, Information Technologies and Sales functions. Between July 2018 and July 2021, Mr. Saraçoğlu worked as the bank’s Nicosia Branch Manager.
Mr. Saraçoğlu joined Ercan Group of Companies in August 2021.
Within the group, he served as General Manager in Demireks Seramik A.Ş. Afterwards, he worked as General Manager Gezinomi Seyahat Turizm Ticaret A.Ş. and during this duty, he took an active role in the company's public offering processes. He was also appointed as Boad Member in Bien Finans Faktoring A.Ş. and Evim E-Ticaret A.Ş. Mr. Saraçoğlu has been working as General Manager at Q Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. since the beginning of 2023.
Cem F. Ordu
Serkan Önem was born in Gaziantep in 1980. He completed his bachelors degree education at Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration. Serkan Önem, who started his finance career in 2007 at Citibank Ankara Commercial Branch, stepped into the factoring sector at Garanti Faktoring A.Ş. in 2008. Between 2011 and 2014, he worked at Tam Factoring A.Ş. in where he served as Ankara Regional Manager. Serkan Önem, continued his career at İş Faktoring A.Ş. in 2014, worked as Sales and Marketing Director at İş Faktoring A.Ş. until 2020.
He joined Ercan Corporate Group in November 2020 as Marketing Director. He took part as the founding General Manager of Allbatross Girişim Girişim Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., which was established within the group in June 2021. He also served as a Board Member at Orsa Palet ve Ambalaj A.Ş. and Rockharbour Deniz Endüstrisi A.Ş. which are the subsidiaries of before mentioned company.
He worked as Group Marketing Director Bien Yapı Ürünleri A.Ş., which is the locomotive company of the group, covering the relevant processes of all group companies, especially the marketing activities of Qua Granite Hayal Yapı Ürünleri A.Ş. and Qua Granite Hayal Yapı Ürünleri A.Ş.. Additionally, since March 2022, at Bien Finans Faktoring A.Ş. and at Tiffany Ceramica Granit A.Ş., since June 2022, at Allbatross Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. and at Allbatross Girişim Emeklilik Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. he continues to serve as a Board Member - Managing Partner.
Deputy General Manager
Erman Peker has a bachelor's degree in Statistics and a master's degree in Management Information Systems. He started his professional career at Türkiye İş Bankası in 2006. From 2013 to 2024, Erman Peker served as Internal Control Manager at Aktif Bank. After that, he worked at İş Faktoring A.Ş. as Internal Control and Compliance Manager (2014-2018) and Information Technologies Department Manager (2018-2022). Mr. Peker is serving as Deputy General Manager at Q Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. since December 2022.
Mr. Peker has also been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at QTech Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Allbatross Girişim Equity Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.
Deputy General Manager
Uğur YÜCE was born in Denizli in 1977. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance and completed his master's degree at Emory University Goizueta Business School (MBA) in the USA. He is currently continuing his PhD studies in Banking at Istanbul Commerce University Finance Institute at the thesis stage.
Uğur YÜCE worked as an audit staff at the Ministry of Finance between 2002 and 2004, and served as Banking Specialist, Coordinator, Group Head and Head of Implementation I Department at the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, where he started working in 2004. He is married to Özlem YÜCE and has a daughter named Bilge.
Deputy General Manager
Cihan Küçükgöze was born in Ankara in 1981. He completed his secondary education at Gazi Anatolian High School and then graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Middle East Technical University.
In 2006, he started his career as Assistant Inspector/Internal Auditor at the Board of Inspectors of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., and served as Inspector/Internal Auditor between 2011-2015. Between 2016-2020, he worked as Assistant Manager in Risk Management Division Asset-Liability Management Risk Unit. Between 2021-2022, he served as Risk Management Division Asset-Liability Management Risk Unit Manager and joined Q Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. at the beginning of 2023.
Cihan Küçükgöze served as Risk Management Department Manager at the Bank between January and May 2023. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager as of June 2023 and is currently leading accounting and tax, operations, legal Reporting, treasury and capital markets functions.
Cihan Küçükgöze is a member of the Risk Managers Association since the beginning of 2016, took on the role of Auditor in the same association between 2018-2020. İn addition to the Financial Risk Manager certificate issued by the Global Association of Risk Professionals, Cihan Küçükgöze holds Capital Market Activities Level 3, Derivative İnstruments and Credit Rating Specialist Licenses.
