CMB Our Authorized Document

Our request to the Capital Markets Board, submitted on 17.05.2024 with letter number 166124, to be authorized to provide services in line with the provisions of the 'Communiqué on Investment Services and Activities and Ancillary Services' (III-37-1) and the 'Communiqué on the Principles Regarding the Establishment and Activities of Investment Firms' (III-39-1); including Order Transmission, Trade Brokerage, Portfolio Brokerage, Individual Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Limited Custody Services, General Custody Services, Underwriting, Intermediation for Public Offerings (either Best Effort or Stand-by Underwriting) was favorably received at the Capital Markets Board's meeting dated 11.07.2024 with decision number 36/1019.

With the Capital Markets Board's letter dated 14.08.2024 and numbered E-32992422-215.02.02-58593, our Bank has been authorized to provide services in Order Transmission, Trade Brokerage, Portfolio Brokerage, Individual Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Limited Custody Services, General Custody Services, Intermediation for Public Offering (either Best Effort or Stand-by Underwriting).

Capital Increase

By the decision of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency dated 04.03.2024, the capital of our Bank was increased from 500,000,000 TL to 600,000,000 TL.

Our Approval of Operating Permit

We have obtained our operating license with the decision of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency dated 01.06.2023 and numbered 10620. We wish the best for our country.

Our Establishment Permit Approval

With the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency's decision numbered 10379 dated 12.10.2022, our Bank aims to be the best business partner of domestic and foreign investors with its services specially prepared for the targets of its customers and its service quality at international standards.
